Job Summary
Director of Family Life & Evangelization leads the parish’s catechetical ministry, directing goals and strategies for a comprehensive program serving adults through Pre-K and sacraments initiation, prepares a unified curriculum, oversees catechetical programs for lifelong discipleship, recruits and trains catechists/volunteers (ensuring Safe Environment and certification requirements), manages administrative tasks (records, registrations, budgeting, data reporting), and communicates program milestones via bulletin, website and social media; engages with parish staff, the pastor, and diocesan representatives, stays current with developments in catechetics/education/ministry, and participates in professional activities and meetings.
