Director of Facilities Services - Charter House

Director of Facilities Services at Charter House leads strategic and operational oversight of all facilities functions including environmental services, maintenance, IT infrastructure support, and campus security to ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and resident-focused operations. Responsible for budgeting, capital planning, renovations oversight, contractor performance, and presenting operational results to the Charter House Board Finance Committee. Serves on the leadership team, mentors service-line leaders, and collaborates with Mayo Clinic facilities teams to coordinate services and safety initiatives while fostering positive resident relations and stakeholder engagement. Must communicate technical and financial information clearly and manage governance processes with cross-functional partners.
