Job Summary
Directs hospital facilities management, loss prevention, and telecommunications; oversees Food Services, Environmental Services and Security; develops and monitors safety management program; conducts Life Safety and Environment of Care inspections; ensures Security and Emergency Preparedness procedures; appointed as the facility Safety/Security Officer.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in Healthcare Facilities Management
- Understanding of Regulatory Compliance (LifeSafety NFPA 101, 2012)
- Experience overseeing facilities-related operations including Food Services, Environmental Services and Security
- Knowledge of Life Safety and Environment of Care inspections
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor safety management programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, analytical, and detail-oriented abilities
