Job Summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy to ensure the safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance of RiseBoro's diverse residential real estate portfolio. Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital improvement projects while overseeing vendor relationships and managing a multidisciplinary team. Ensure adherence to FDNY, DOB, and OSHA requirements by maintaining documentation, managing building safety programs, and implementing violation prevention strategies. Oversee major building systems including HVAC, elevators, and life safety, while utilizing Yardi, MIQ, and Jack Jaffa platforms for data-driven decision-making. Prepare regular performance reports for executive leadership and partner with Asset Managers to align facility operations with long-term organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities or property management
- At least 3 years in a senior management or director-level role overseeing complex, multi-site operations
- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects and capital budgets
- FDNY S12–S15 –S95 certification (must obtain within first 6 months of employment)
- OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) strongly preferred
