Director of F&B

Job Summary
Lead all F&B operations for the property, overseeing outlets (restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, room service), menu development, staff management, procurement, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety standards. Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning, vendor management, and service protocols while elevating guest experiences. Collaborate with culinary leadership to create innovative menus, develop SOPs, train staff, monitor inventory and costs, and ensure high standards across all venues and events. Must be on-site in Augusta, GA, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field, 5-7 years of leadership in F&B, ServSafe and TIPS certifications, and strong financial acumen.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably in hotel, resort, or upscale dining environments
- Certifications in food safety and responsible alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS) required
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of managing budgets and achieving profitability targets
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- On-site presence required; availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
