Job Summary
Director of Expansion Sales leads complex enterprise deals and partnerships to expand Partly's AI infrastructure platform across regions, building expansion sales capability and shaping first-of-kind agreements. You will land anchor enterprise demand, identify high-leverage enterprise partners, close foundational contracts tied to job volume, and partner with Product and Strategy to Feasibly scale and sustain growth across UK/EU, US, AU/NZ. The role requires proven scaled enterprise software sales experience, strong negotiation skills, global influence, and the ability to collaborate with Product and Strategy to convert demand into usage. This role supports cross-regional expansion efforts, trains teams on repeatable motions, and transitions processes to CRO while maintaining a high-judgment approach.
