Job Summary
Directs and oversees the Event Technology program for Encore venues at Naples Grande Beach, driving revenue and profitability, managing AV staff and venue operations, and delivering World-Class service. Builds and maintains relationships with venue personnel, reviews location P&L, manages billing and invoicing, leads sales/support activities with Regional Sales Director, collaborates with vendors, and ensures equipment, safety, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities span financial management, operations, sales support, customer service, technical leadership, and people development to ensure successful, high-quality events.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of audio-visual experience
- 2+ years of operations/supervisory experience
- 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office
- A valid driver’s license may be required for team members who operate company vehicles
