Director of Equipment Planning and Procurement - Nashville Hybrid / Remote Surrounding Areas

Lead development of de novo equipment and supply budgets and oversee the planning, purchase, or lease of all equipment, furniture, medical instruments, and supplies. Manage, monitor, and forecast equipment budgets while identifying cost variances and implementing procurement strategies aligned with approved project capital plans. Coordinate and manage the overall furnish-and-install FF&E matrix with key stakeholders, leading vendor coordination during schematic and design development phases. Partner with physician end users to evaluate equipment options, balancing clinical preferences with enterprise standards, and establish delivery schedules for start-up items including pharmaceuticals. Review proposals, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure alignment with GPO and Surgery Partners contracts, while overseeing vendor credentialing and managing multiple projects across various development stages.
