Job Summary
Conduct daily community walks to monitor cleanliness, safety, and environmental function, including parking areas. Develop and lead fire drills while maintaining fire safety, disaster, and evacuation procedures. Supervise and schedule environmental services team members, participating in their hiring, training, and accountability. Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for contracted services such as elevators, HVAC, and landscaping, logging all repairs and re-evaluating vendors as needed. Ensure compliance with local regulations and community safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Free of non-treated communicable disease
- Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs
- Ability to continuously walk or stand
- Potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids
- Potential exposure to communicable diseases
