Job Summary
Lead Environmental Services operations by supervising staff, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and EEOC standards. Manage monthly financials, develop corrective plans for facility deficiencies, and maintain quality metrics through statistical analysis. Direct hands-on work, conduct staff evaluations, and schedule in-service programs while participating in the Infection Control Committee. Ensure the physical plant remains clean for patients, guests, and staff, and develop proactive remedial actions for budget variances.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
- Minimum of three to five years of progressively more responsible work, management and leadership experience within a healthcare Facilities Management & Environmental Services work environment or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Desired Qualifications
- A Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional designation
