Director of Environmental Services

Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff at the center according to policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements. Provide leadership and coordination to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met. Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment. Conduct training, quality control, and in-servicing of staff. Assess work quality using QCIs for documentation purposes. This role offers a salary range of 60k-90k for a Director or Environmental Services position at CareOne at Valley in Westwood, NJ.
