Director of Enterprise Technology

Job Summary
Own the full portfolio of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and e-commerce systems, driving their lifecycle from selection through retirement. Serve as the primary point of contact for the managed service provider, leading weekly operational reviews and enforcing service level agreements with a 99.9% uptime commitment. Oversee cybersecurity, risk, and compliance in coordination with the provider's security team, while managing the IT budget, vendor contracts, and license rationalization. Lead business systems analysis, chair application steering committees, and supervise up to 20 staff members. Ensure all technology initiatives align with ABS's mission and strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Seven or more years of progressive IT experience
- At least three years managing IT operations, enterprise applications, vendors, or a managed service provider
- Demonstrated ownership of service level agreements, contracts, and escalations
- Working knowledge across cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Identity and access management
- Endpoint and network management
- Cybersecurity
- Hands-on familiarity with enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with systems integration and data management
- Fluency with IT service management (for example ITIL)
- Security frameworks (for example the NIST CSF)
- Enterprise application ownership and governance
- Vendor and MSP accountability
- IT service delivery and operational excellence
- Financial stewardship of technology budgets
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Occasional lifting of materials and equipment, up to 20 pounds
- Must pass a background check
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must sign and agree to uphold the ABS Affirmation of Biblical Community
