Job Summary
Director of Enterprise Sales, Brand Direct & Agency Partnerships responsible for owning the full sales cycle and driving enterprise-level partnerships with top brands and agencies. Develop and execute territory account plans to maximize revenue, build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead nurturing, and consistently meet or exceed quotas. Leverage MEDDICC for value communication, maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers, tailor solutions for agency partners, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a seamless client experience. 100% remote in the USA with a focus on SaaS/ad-tech solutions; required skills include complex deal closure, strategic governance, negotiation, and leadership in enterprise sales.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of complex B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS and/or Advertising Technology
- Proven track record of quota overachievement and closing high-value, complex deals
- Strong domain knowledge of the ad tech landscape with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Experience supporting an agency partner-driven sales model
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
