Job Summary
Director of Enterprise Risk Management to design, build, and operationalize Trimble's global risk framework from the ground up. Lead top-down governance for Enterprise Risk Management, emerging risks (including AI and cybersecurity adjacencies), regulatory shifts, and geopolitical factors; own and modernize the global Business Continuity Planning and crisis management playbooks; provide executive oversight for global safety, security standards, and macro risk transfer/insurance strategy; drive a technology-enabled risk function leveraging data, automation, and AI to enhance risk visibility and executive decision-making. Location-based in Westminster, CO; 15% travel. Requirements include 8–12+ years in ERM or related fields and a track record of building or maturing ERM programs; bonus for advanced degrees or professional certifications. Compensation range: $160,900–$221,300 plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, corporate strategy, or a related global risk leadership field
- Proven track record building, designing, or maturing an ERM program within a complex global organization
- Deep expertise in enterprise-wide business continuity planning, crisis management frameworks, and operational risk structures
- Strong cross-functional leadership with ability to influence executive stakeholders without direct authority
- High analytical capability with experience using data, automation tools, or AI platforms to optimize risk or operational functions
