Director of Enterprise Applications

Director of Enterprise Applications needed to lead IT efforts for a Global Law firm, overseeing the Application Engineering team, migrating enterprise applications from on-prem to cloud (Azure, Office 365 + Legal Add-Ins), and delivering a stable, scalable suite of applications to support lawyers. Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, configuring enterprise software (including MS Office and legal add-ins), setting standards for stability and performance, evaluating and proposing new software solutions, and collaborating with Business Applications, Technology Infrastructure, Information Security, Technology Support, and IT Project Management. Requirements include 8+ years delivering enterprise applications in a law firm and 5+ years of management experience at a top law firm, familiarity with lift-and-shift, and expertise in MS-Office suite, collaboration platforms, and document management systems. Compensation includes a base salary of $250,000-$275,000 plus bonus potential. Location is New York, NY with hybrid work (3 days in office). The role reports to the CIO and involves building a team from scratch and modernizing applications and integrations from on-prem into the cloud.
