Job Summary
Director of Enterprise AI Adoption at SupplyHouse.com to lead the AI integration across business operations. Define the enterprise AI roadmap, identify high-impact AI use cases across procurement, operations, sales, customer service, and finance, and evangelize adoption of AI-powered tools to deliver measurable productivity and business value at scale. Own AI strategy, governance, and ROI measurement while building change-management programs, AI literacy, and center-of-excellence structures. Partner with HR, Legal, IT, Operations, Finance, and exec leadership to embed AI into processes, train staff at all levels, and address workforce concerns. Lead cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and responsible AI governance, with strong executive communication and a track record of driving technology adoption in complex organizations. This remote role requires travel to the Melville, NY headquarters about six times per year, with on-site work options beyond those visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise software adoption
- 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role with demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI/ML tools
- Proven track record of designing and executing large-scale change management programs in complex organizations
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building business cases and measuring technology ROI
