Job Summary
Director of Enterprise Accounts in Surgical and CV Sales leading strategic, high-impact relationships with senior-level customers (C-Suite) across designated US territory. Develop and execute account plans, manage pricing and tender processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver growth objectives while expanding patient access and value. Maintain local market insights, competitive tracking, and collaboration with local operations, solution services, and portfolio stakeholders; travel up to 50% to multiple accounts within the region; establish trusted partnerships and drive revenue and market share for Medtronic products and services. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or higher) and substantial senior-level enterprise account leadership experience; 50% travel, remote work within the United States, and eligibility for US work authorization as described in the role context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business (preferably), science, medicine or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.
