Job Summary
Director of Engineering for The St. Regis Jakarta overseeing engineering operations, budgeting, capital projects, preventative maintenance, energy conservation, and asset protection. Leads fire and life-safety procedures, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages service contracts and vendor relationships. Responsible for budgeting, long-term asset protection plans, and aligning engineering goals with the property’s business strategy while guiding the emergency response team and maintaining standards. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 4 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
