Job Summary
Oversees engineering operations, budgets, and asset protection for a luxury property; leads HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing maintenance, safety and life-safety systems, and regulatory compliance; develops and manages capital expenditure plans and preventative maintenance; responsible for energy conservation and delivering service quality to guests and associates; supervises engineering leadership and service contracts, and reports on financial performance against budget.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years experience in engineering/maintenance or related area; HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing technical training
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 4 years experience in engineering/maintenance or related area; HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing technical training
