Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, EE, CE or a related field
- 8-10+ years of experience in software development
- Proven expertise in coding (full-stack, Angular, React, Python, Cloud) & firmware development
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, EE, CE or related field
- Background in utilities, battery technology, energy or solar experience
