Job Summary
Lead the engineering organization responsible for Simpro Group's product suite, migrating from a legacy monolith to an AWS EKS microservices platform while championing an AI-First culture that integrates autonomous agents into developer tooling and CI/CD. Partner with Product and the C-suite to shape the technical roadmap, balancing velocity on new capabilities with architectural health across a hybrid legacy and modern stack. Own engineering velocity, quality, and predictability by building processes and metrics that enable teams to move fast without creating technical debt, while attracting and retaining global talent across squads and individual contributor pathways. This in-person leadership role reports to executive leadership, requiring travel to offices in Colombia, the UK, Canada, and Australia.
