Job Summary
Director of Engineering to lead, scale, and mature MonetizeMore’s global, fully remote engineering organization. You will manage Engineering Managers and Software Engineers to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure platforms, drive modernization of the development lifecycle, and guide AI integration into development processes. Core responsibilities include building autonomous engineering pods, partnering with Product Management to deliver outcomes, overseeing system architecture and security, managing technical debt and costs, establishing and monitoring key metrics (e.g., DORA/SPACE), deploying AI-augmented tooling to improve delivery velocity, and fostering a high-performing, globally distributed remote culture.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data-volume environment
- proven track record managing 100% remote engineering teams
- deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
- familiar with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
- experience leading AI adoption in development tooling and workflows
