Director of Engineering (Remote)

Director of Engineering (Remote) to lead, scale, and mature a global, 100% remote engineering organization. Build and mentor a diverse team of Engineering Managers and Software Engineers; drive modernization of the development lifecycle with an AI mandate; partner with Product Management; establish baseline metrics (DORA, SPACE) to improve cycle times, deployment frequency, and delivery velocity; ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, data privacy and compliance; oversee architectural integrity and cost optimization across high-volume, low-latency ad-tech infrastructure; foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety across a fully remote organization.
