Job Summary
Director of Engineering to lead MonetizeMore’s global, 100% remote engineering organization. You will manage Engineering Managers and Software Engineers, scale the team architecture, and mature the development lifecycle. You will drive modernization initiatives, including AI integration across the SDLC, and establish metrics to improve delivery efficiency. Core responsibilities include scaling organizations and teams, collaborating with Product Management, overseeing system scalability, security, data privacy, and compliance, balancing feature delivery with modernization, and quantifying impact through measurable outcomes such as deployment frequency and cycle time improvements. You will cultivate an accountable, high-performance remote culture with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence and cross-functional alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years managing engineering managers
- experience in SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data-volume environments
- proven track record of managing and scaling remote engineering teams
- deep understanding of cloud architecture and distributed systems
- familiarity with DORA metrics and engineering productivity frameworks
- experience integrating AI tools into software development processes
