Job Summary
Director of Engineering to lead, scale, and mature MonetizeMore's global, 100% remote engineering organization. You will manage Engineering Managers and Software Engineers, drive engineering culture and organizational design, and partner with Product Management to ensure cross-functional teams deliver outcomes. Core responsibilities include overseeing system scalability, security, and compliance; balancing feature delivery with modernization and technical debt; establishing metrics (DORA/SPACE) to improve delivery velocity; leading AI-enabled modernization of the development lifecycle; and delivering high platform stability, uptime, and retention through an empowered, autonomous pod structure. The role requires 10+ years of engineering experience, 5+ years managing engineering managers, and a track record of remote team leadership in SaaS/Ad Tech or high-data-volume environments, with pragmatic cloud architecture expertise and a metrics-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
