Director of Engineering (Land/Site Development)

Job Summary
The Director of Land or Site Development will manage and coordinate the development, design, and permitting of multiple projects, while actively pursuing new business through relationship development with Land Developers. This role involves evaluating project feasibility, assessing risks, performing technical calculations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing engineering designs and permit applications. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, mentoring skills, and a commitment to building client relationships, alongside extensive experience in civil engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Registered P.E. in Texas
- 13+ years of experience in civil engineering in the Land and/or Site Development
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong technical competency and analytical ability
- Proficient in MS Office 365
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Any MUD District experience preferred
