Manage general and preventative maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards throughout the hotel structure. Interview, select, train, and coach associates while maintaining the R&M budget and overseeing small projects or vendor contracts. Conduct room inspections, perform hands-on repairs including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and maintain accurate records of all work orders and life safety systems. Coordinate bids, quotes, and compliance with local, state, and federal codes while tracking guest satisfaction scores. Provide weekly updates to regional leadership. Schedule varies, including holidays and weekends; requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing.
