Guide Engineering design processes for new Erickson Senior Living CCRC campus and building MEP designs through construction, coordinating standards, resident units, and overall building design for new development and repositioning projects. Partner with development teams to establish best practices, lead design consultants through policies, and review drawings to ensure conformance to the Erickson brand. Coordinate architectural, interior, and engineering design to produce cohesive projects, analyze MEP system options, and attend construction progress meetings to approve mock-ups and unit reviews. Oversee third-party systems verification and building turnover processes while maintaining design conformance across multiple communities.
