Job Summary
Oversee electrical, mechanical, and general construction maintenance programs for a hotel resort—directly supervising staff and outside contractors, managing budgets and procurement, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of all building systems (electric, mechanical, HVAC). Communicate with city/county officials for permits, implement energy management and preventive maintenance programs, and liaise with vendors to stay current on resort technology and cost-effective improvements. Responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating department staff within Property Operations, aligning performance with departmental goals and compliance requirements.

- Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate in English
