Director of Engineering

Manage the physical plant, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Lead the emergency response team and oversee fire safety equipment, while developing and executing long-term preventative maintenance and asset protection plans. Control budget and capital expenditure projects by reviewing financial reports, managing payroll, and optimizing controllable expenses such as energy consumption and vendor costs. Supervise construction projects to ensure timely completion within budgetary guidelines and coach the engineering leadership team on operational strategies aligned with business goals. Resolve guest complaints and address employee concerns through open communication and fair disciplinary procedures.
