Job Summary
Director of Engineering to lead engineering direction and build high performing, product aligned teams delivering secure, reliable and innovative digital experiences. This hands-on leadership role involves setting the engineering vision and roadmap, coaching engineering leaders, partnering with Product and Design to align priorities, owning delivery outcomes across multiple teams, and driving secure, compliant, blue‐chip level execution. You’ll evolve engineering practices with AI-enabled tooling, automation, and DevOps to shorten delivery cycles, ensure reliability and regulatory adherence, and lead external integrations with vendors. Key technical needs include .NET, Angular/React/Vue, AWS, test automation, microservices, and APIs. The role emphasizes strategy, governance, stakeholder management (including engagement at Board level), and a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading software engineering teams in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of modern platforms and delivery practices (cloud native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD)
