Director of Employer Programs

Develop job opportunities for law students and recent graduates by sourcing jobs for the Job Posting board, administering application timelines for employer visits and job fairs, and providing career counseling on employer programs. Oversee on-campus and external services for legal employers while identifying student resource materials to support job searches. Utilize social media and traditional outreach to market to law firms, government agencies, and corporations, capturing employer visit details for internal use. Assist in refining recruiting policies, survey employment status for ABA and NALP reports, and represent the law school at alumni receptions and professional association events.
