Job Summary

The Director of Employee Relations will align HR strategies with business objectives, helping build a culture of accountability and high performance while mentoring HR teams and improving employee experience.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive human resources experience in a director or similar leadership role
5+ years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries
Deep knowledge of HR disciplines including performance management and labor relations
Experience in working with all levels of teams, including the C-Suite
Proven success in working in a fast-paced business environment

Desired Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills preferred
Proficient in leveraging data, metrics, and workforce trends
Experience leading projects
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and empower employees

Additional Requirements

Final candidates will be required to complete a drug test and background check
Many positions will require a state gaming license
