Job Summary
The Director of Employee Relations will align HR strategies with business objectives, helping build a culture of accountability and high performance while mentoring HR teams and improving employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive human resources experience in a director or similar leadership role
- 5+ years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries
- Deep knowledge of HR disciplines including performance management and labor relations
- Experience in working with all levels of teams, including the C-Suite
- Proven success in working in a fast-paced business environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills preferred
- Proficient in leveraging data, metrics, and workforce trends
- Experience leading projects
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and empower employees
Additional Requirements
