Job Summary
Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities covering talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, records management, safety, performance reviews, succession planning, employee relations, and labor relations. Manage headhunter relationships, university and clinical rotation programs, and talent outreach reports. Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions while guiding management actions through policy development and enforcement. Provide ongoing support to employees and management, arbitrate disputes, and act as a liaison. Maintain knowledge of regulatory trends and complete auditing of compliance requirements. Develop financial strategies for HR operations by forecasting trends and analyzing results. Implement orientation and recognition programs, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
