Job Summary
Lead companywide employee engagement initiatives including communications, events, and team activities while building and managing learning & development programs, performance scorecards, and structured 1:1 processes. Partner with recruiters to present top candidates and support department hiring needs, and deliver an engaging onboarding experience covering company history, training, and role readiness. Maintain HR systems, track state licenses, review timesheets, process payroll, coordinate company benefits, and update the company handbook. This full-time onsite role supports a growing team of approximately 100 employees at a System Integrations firm focused on creating an extraordinary employee journey from hire to retirement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in HR, Employee Experience, or People Operations
- Leadership experience supporting HR programs or teams
- Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
- Ability to track data, summarize information, and manage multiple systems
- Proficiency with office and creative software tools
