Strategic Director of Emergency Services leading a 24/7 commercial property restoration operation. Own the emergency services P&L, drive job margin and EBITDA, accelerate rapid mobilization, and manage carrier/TPA relationships. Ensure accurate Xactimate-based estimating, monitor cycle time and WIP, and oversee internal crews and subcontractors in a high-pressure, high-tempo environment.
