Collaborate with office leaders to align design strategies with business and profitability goals while contributing to practice scheduling, budgeting, and strategic planning. Actively participate in local and national professional organizations to enhance the firm's community standing and professional relationships. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, over 15 years of design experience, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. Located in Lakeland, Tennessee, this full-time role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Over 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design, with significant leadership roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated experience in sustainable design, comprehensive design processes, and all phases of project design and administration
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, building codes, and design software
