Job Summary
Integrate mechanical and software elements into every Gravity Well built, taking full ownership of mechatronic product development. Lead firmware development efforts and manage electric motor experience, inverter, and VFD integration while overseeing energy storage systems. Guide teams through electrical grid interconnection processes, IoT implementations, and SCADA, cellular modem, and satellite data monitoring architectures. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience with strong management expertise, including cloud and backend architecture familiarity. Candidates should possess data modeling skills, PLM software knowledge, and experience with LabVIEW, engineering calculations, and product documentation.
