Director of Electric

Director of Electric is responsible for leading the Electric Division's operations, production, and long-term growth. The role oversees day-to-day division operations, ensures a full service calendar, and manages 10–15 jobs per week with growth targets. Leads electricians and administrative staff, enforces daily and weekly production expectations, and drives expansion by hiring more electricians and increasing job volume. Tracks value of services, job completion, and division profitability while ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate brings strong field-operations or trade-based leadership experience, and is organized, decisive, and capable of managing multiple moving parts toward ownership-driven growth.
