Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of EHS experience including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in chemical manufacturing industry or with Process Safety Management
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
Desired Qualifications
- CSP, CIH or other relevant certification
- Experience in LEAN or continuous improvement environments
- International experience and fleet safety program management
