Job Summary
Execute and manage the education program component for the two regional Centers on Aging, developing multi-tiered educational pathways for older adults, family caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Provide clinical education, guidance, and specialized navigation services to patient families while utilizing advanced licensure to deliver billable counseling and intervention services that drive regional revenue. Coordinate statewide educational tracks, lead training-of-trainers initiatives across 20 counties, and direct master schedules for public health workshops and specialized training sessions. Oversee daily budgetary oversight, prepare annual administrative reports, and draft competitive grant proposals to expand program services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Six (6) years of demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare administration, clinical education, or academic program management
- Background in geriatric or special needs populations
- Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or related field
- Four (4) years of demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare administration, clinical education, or academic program management
- Active, unencumbered Arkansas clinical licensure matching the advanced degree
- Fully credentialed and qualified to legally bill Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance for clinical counseling, education, or navigation services
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Annual TB Screening
