Job Summary
Lead the daily educational operation of the School, ensuring licensing, quality assurance, health and safety compliance, and management of child and faculty records. Oversee curriculum implementation, mentor faculty, and lead orientation, meetings, and professional development. Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and retention while touring prospective families to support enrollment. Plan and manage events promoting family engagement, support marketing and community outreach, and facilitate family-teacher conferences. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
- Director qualified in the State of New Hampshire
- At least two years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education, curriculum and licensing requirements
- Strong communication, organization and leadership skills
