Job Summary
Lead education program by overseeing curriculum across classroom and lab, supervise instructors, ensure compliance with academic policies and accreditation, drive faculty development and ongoing instructor evaluations, implement instructional changes based on evaluations and student feedback, coordinate continuing education in-services, develop articulation with industries and schools, manage instructor scheduling and classroom assignments, collaborate with Campus President and Registrar on policy compliance and enrollment planning, prepare regular reports, and perform administrative duties including budget and supply maintenance; requires collaboration with campus leadership to maintain current curriculum and leverage technology and equipment to support student development and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and minimum two years’ experience in related field
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum ten years related experience strongly preferred
