Job Summary
Director of Education leads curriculum excellence and teacher development across our centers, spending ~80% of time in early learning classrooms modeling best practices and coaching teachers, with the remainder focused on administrative tasks, data analysis, and planning professional development. Responsibilities include conducting classroom observations, creating behavior intervention plans, mentoring teachers on curriculum, lesson planning, and assessments, leading professional development with Spiritual Development, rotating between centers for on-site coaching, tracking and analyzing academic and behavioral data to inform strategies, and ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation standards. Requires passion for early childhood education and faith-based learning, strong leadership and mentoring skills, commitment to Texas Rising Star, ability to work in classrooms, RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), and meeting Texas licensing requirements for leadership roles.
