Job Summary

Communicate with corporate office to ensure instruction and faculty training align with ACCSC, state, FAA, and regulatory guidelines. Audit school curricula for current syllabi, lesson plans, and textbooks; report semi-annually on instructor performance. Conduct classroom observations and substitute as instructor when needed. Create, monitor, and update Faculty Personnel Reports for each instructor. Facilitate initial instructor training per ACCSC standards and ongoing development. Chair Program Coordinator meetings and Program Advisory Committee meetings, ensuring minutes are reviewed, maintained, and forwarded to appropriate directors. Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor. On-site Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with occasional night and weekend hours based on campus needs.

Required Qualifications

  • FAA A&P
  • 3+ years of management experience or proven leadership in a relevant role, demonstrating a track record of effectively guiding teams, driving performance, and achieving organizational goals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated expertise in resolving conflicts, fostering positive workplace relationships, and collaborating effectively within teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building rapport and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Capable individual contributor with effective leadership skills; adept at balancing diplomacy and assertiveness to guide teams and manage diverse situations.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and communications.
  • Exhibits a positive, team-oriented attitude by remaining flexible and available to work outside of scheduled hours when needed, as directed by the Supervisor.
