Job Summary
Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing CRO and ecommerce team across Design, Development, and Project Management. Establish clear goals, expectations, and success metrics aligned to client roadmaps, then translate strategic roadmaps into prioritized, scoped work while partnering with the Project Manager to scope tickets and balance workloads. Provide regular, actionable feedback through 1:1s and performance reviews, review key deliverables, and guide the team in analyzing client performance data to turn insights into impactful actions. Serve as the senior client-facing leader in weekly strategy meetings, unblock issues, and advocate for the team. Proactively identify capability gaps and champion company values to onboard and develop new members. Based in Miami with a full-time, in-office schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce and/or CRO within an agency or multi-brand environment
- 2+ years of direct people management experience leading cross-functional teams (such as CRO strategists, PMs, Designers, and Developers) in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated success building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams, including experience giving clear, constructive feedback and managing performance
- Strong ability to translate strategic direction into clear priorities, processes, and expectations for a team
- Experience partnering closely with project management to scope work, break initiatives into tickets, and resource effectively, while keeping team health in mind
- Comfortable owning accountability for team performance, implementation quality, and on-time delivery through others
- Data-driven leader who can review performance metrics with the team and coach them on how to turn insights into effective experiments and optimizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advocate for the team and represent their work to senior clients
- Based in Miami and able to work in-office in a highly collaborative environment
