Job Summary
Build and manage end-to-end supply chain infrastructure for HOME GROWN, scaling operations from $20M to $100M+ revenue while maintaining a stockout rate below 1%. Own raw material procurement, vendor management, production coordination with Heirloom Organics, and multi-channel fulfillment across Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Home Depot dropship. Lead the logistics team, oversee inbound/outbound freight, and drive ERP selection and implementation to support 600+ SKUs. Manage the full supply chain budget with no more than +/-5% variance and report unit economics to the COO. This full-time, remote role reports to the COO and requires 7+ years of supply chain experience scaling infrastructure in high-growth environments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- at least 3 years in a senior/director-level role
- Demonstrated experience managing supply chains with hundreds of SKUs and complex raw material inputs
- Demonstrated experience scaling supply chain infrastructure from ~$20M to $50M+ in revenue
- Track record of managing end-to-end supply chains: raw material procurement, finished goods sourcing (including international/overseas suppliers), inventory planning, fulfillment, and logistics
- Experience selecting and implementing ERP or inventory management systems
- Experience managing or closely coordinating with manufacturing/production operations
- Strong demand planning and inventory optimization capabilities
- Comfortable building forecast models and safety stock frameworks
- Deep understanding of Amazon FBA operations: IPI management, restock limits, shipment planning, and stranded inventory
- Proficiency with supply chain analytics and reporting
- Able to translate complex logistics data into clear leadership updates
- Vendor negotiation and contract management
- ERP/WMS/IMS fluency
- Able to define requirements, evaluate vendors, and lead implementation
- Budget ownership and P&L management experience
- Proven ability to build, assess, and develop logistics teams
- Ability to influence cross-functionally, including production teams without a direct reporting line
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Can operate effectively in a remote-first, async-heavy environment
- Systems thinker who can zoom out from daily execution to identify structural risks and build for scale
- Self-directed and accountable
- Does not require micromanagement to deliver results
