Job Summary
Director of E-Commerce & Digital responsible for leading e-commerce strategy across DTC and third-party channels, owning website performance, SEO, content, marketplace management, audience segmentation, inventory lifecycle, analytics, and cross-functional partnerships to drive revenue and profitability. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 6-10 years of leadership in e-commerce/digital commerce; must be proficient in SEO, website optimization, digital content strategy, AI tools, PIM and analytics; strong communication, organizational, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strategic mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6-10 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce leadership
- Strong expertise in SEO, website optimization, and digital content strategy
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to e-commerce, digital marketing, customer experience, analytics, and operational efficiency
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, PIM systems, and digital analytics tools
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capability
