Job Summary
Own the e-commerce strategy, execution, and performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and best-in-class customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Lead all aspects of the online customer experience, including site merchandising, product discoverability, navigation, and conversion optimization. Partner with Marketing to drive digital growth initiatives across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns. Utilize analytics and performance data to identify growth opportunities, improve customer acquisition and conversion, and provide insights to executive leadership. Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches, and ongoing optimization efforts to maximize traffic, engagement, and sales performance. Manage external partners, platforms, and technology solutions that support the e-commerce ecosystem. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive e-commerce or digital leadership experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing and scaling a multi-million-dollar e-commerce business
- Proficiency in website management and content management
- Understanding of AI aspects related to e-commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
