Job Summary
Director of Donation Development leads hospital and partner development, shaping strategies to improve eye, organ, and tissue donation; collaborates across departments, supervises staff, and drives data-driven performance against CMS OPO participation metrics. Responsibilities include developing hospital partnerships, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, leveraging analytics for decision-making, and mentoring a high-performing team to optimize donor management and family authorization outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three to five (3–5) years in a health related field.
- Preferred: Management experience; relationship-building and marketing experience.
- Preferred: Previous OPO experience, and proven leadership, communication and management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor.
- Must have the ability to travel within the DNWest service area by car.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing and current vehicle insurance based on applicable state minimum insurance coverage standards.
